At Little Paws Bakery, we believe every tail should wag and every whisker should twitch with delight! But if your furry friend turns their nose up at our treats, here’s how we handle returns, refunds, and all that serious stuff (with a wag and a wink). 🐶🐱
 

📜 The Legal Leash – Australian Consumer Law

Under Australian Consumer Law, you're entitled to a refund, replacement, or repair if your goodies:

• Are faulty (e.g., mouldy treats – yikes!)

• Don’t match the description (say, you ordered chicken but got tuna)

• Aren’t fit for purpose (like a treat that’s too hard for little teeth!)

• Or come with a major issue that would make even a bulldog frown 🐕

We’ll sniff out the best solution together – whether that’s a refund, replacement, or repair (not that we expect many repairs on cookies... 😅).

🐾 Change of Mind?

We totally understand – sometimes Fluffy just isn’t feeling the peanut butter today. If your paws had second thoughts:

• Let us know within 7 days

• The treats must be unopened and in the original packaging (no nibble marks, please!)

• Include your receipt or order number

We’ll happily offer an exchange or store credit. 🐾 Note: Due to health & safety rules, we can’t take back opened or perishable items – sorry!

🚫 No Takebacks On...

Some items are non-returnable (even if your cat gives them the stink eye 😾):

• Opened treats

• Custom baked goodies (e.g., personalised pupcakes 🎂)

• Gift cards

• Downloadables (like recipe eBooks)

📬 How to Start a Return

Just bark or meow at us via contact@littlepawsbakery.com.au Include:

• Your order number

• What went wrong

• A cute pic of your pet helps (optional... but strongly encouraged 🐾📸)

We'll get back to you fast — faster than your dog spotting a squirrel.

💸 Refunds & Returns

Once we inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s paws-itively refundable. If approved, we’ll refund to your original payment method.

If it’s our mistake? We’ll cover return shipping.
Change of mind? You’ll need to handle return postage.
